- Liaising with Key Amusement Teams to determine their product and service needs.
- Performing all procurement activitites including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
- Collaborating with financial executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the commercial property portfolio.
- Delegating tasks and supervising thw work of Purchasing and Procurement agents across all departments.
- Developing strong relationships with bukey Amusement Business and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Involves in negotiation process and provides reliable documents such as supplier and price comparison, SOP, Safety Procedure, TOR, SOW.
- Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organisation.
- Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.
- Providing regular reports and updates on vendor list, purchasing progrss, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends to effectively advise clients and contribute to competitive leasing strategies for Amusement Business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as Procurement/Purchasing Manager/Quantity Surveyor Manager
- Having good communication and negotiation skill
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office
