- Oversee interior projects from start to finish.
- Ensure interior projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all interior work meets standards.
- Identify and manage risks associated with interior projects.
- Identify and confirm drawing descriptions with field execution.
- Propose solution options for problems found in the field that do not align with the design.
- Communicate effectively with vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- More than 5 years of experience as a project architect and interior field supervisor.
- Able to make design adjustments and supervise the field.
- Able to read design drawings and coordinate with contractors or vendors.
- Experience handling hotel and luxury restaurant projects.
- Location: Central Jakarta
