Conduct risk analysis by considering financial, operational, legal, and reputational aspects of the company.
Prepare the Annual Audit Plan, including audit scope, timetable, and staffing, for approval by the Audit Director.
Regularly evaluate the progress, results, achievements, and role of the Internal Audit Department within the company.
Provide guidance and direction for each audit assignment.
Present audit results (including findings, recommendations, and responses/action plans from auditees) to the Internal Audit Director, Auditee Director, and relevant Directors.
Communicate with Top Management (Directors, Vice Presidents) to gain insights into the company’s business and identify areas/activities that need to be monitored and reviewed.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
At least 5 years experience as Senior Internal Auditor from Real Estate company/Contractor company
Preferably experienced as QC/QA and handle residential or high rise project in construction stage until final stage
Able to read Civil, Architecture, MEP drawing and familiar with materials, contract agreement, audit project management
Proficiency: CAD, Microsoft Office
