Job Requirements
- Age maximum 42 years old
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in F&B, including managerial experience.
- Have an experience in handling multiple outlets, for a long time in relation to the long-term target for F&B development
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or serving as an F&B Manager in a hotel group.
- Strong capability in F&B concept development and business strategy.
- Proficient in F&B cost control, data analysis and profit-oriented mindset.
- Good leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.
- Experience in large F&B groups is an advantage.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination skills
