JAKARTA – PT MNC Tourism Indonesia Tbk (KPIG), formerly known as PT MNC Land Tbk, recorded a net profit of Rp 625.9 billion in the third quarter of 2025.
KPIG’s revenue for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025, also grew strongly, increasing 66.1% year-on-year (YoY) to Rp2.1 trillion, compared with Rp 1.3 trillion in the same period of 2024.
The Company recorded EBITDA of Rp 820.2 billion as of the end of September 2025, representing an EBITDA margin of 39.3%. From a balance sheet perspective, MNC Tourism recorded total assets of Rp 35.8 trillion, total liabilities of Rp 7.3 trillion, and total equity of Rp 28.5 trillion as of the end of September 2025.
In the third quarter of 2025, MNC Tourism achieved a significant milestone when it was added to the MSCI Global Equity Index Small Cap Indexes for the August 2025 review, effective August 27, 2025.
This achievement reflects the Company’s strong fundamentals, ownership of premium assets, and consistent long-term strategy, further strengthening global investor confidence in the Company’s performance.
In August 2025, MNC Tourism also acquired a 55% stake in PT Kios Ria Kreasi to develop a 98.02-hectare amusement village within the KBS Park, or Taman Kerthi Bali Semesta, in Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency, West Bali. The amusement village will become one of the largest tourism destinations in Southeast Asia, featuring an international theme park, water park, and resort.
MNC Tourism continues to prioritize its flagship projects within the MNC Lido City Tourism Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which covers 1,040 hectares of land out of a total development area of 3,000 hectares in Bogor, West Java. The key projects include:
- Trump International Golf Club Lido - An 18-hole championship-standard golf course that has been fully operational since March 2025. Membership sales and the number of golfers at Trump Golf continue to grow significantly, reflecting strong enthusiasm and consistently strengthening the Company’s recurring revenue.
- Trump Residences - A total of 216 residential units in Phase 1 are scheduled to be launched in December 2025 and are expected to be fully sold within two years.
- Trump Clubhouse - One of the world’s largest clubhouses, currently under construction and targeted for completion in Q1 2026.
- Trump Private Clubhouses (PCH) - An exclusive 9.3-hectare PCH development located around the golf course. Phase 1 comprises 21 units and is nearly fully sold, while Phase 2, comprising 23 units, is scheduled to be launched in Q1 2026.
- Amusement Park Lido - The theme park development will begin with the construction of a 6.6-hectare RD&E (Retail, Dining & Entertainment) facility, scheduled to commence in Q1 2026. The subsequent phase will include the development of a large-scale theme park.
- Hyatt Regency Lido Resort - A five-star hotel scheduled to commence operations in Q1 2026, followed by a comprehensive renovation of Lido Lake Resort.
