BOGOR – The Mosque Care Program initiated by the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone (SEZ) together with MNC Tourism Indonesia and MNC Peduli officially completed its activities at Nurul Yaqin Mosque in Kampung Pasir Kuda, Watesjaya Village, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, on Wednesday (February 18, 2026).
The activities at Nurul Yaqin Mosque marked the completion of the program’s target of eight mosques, as part of preparations for the holy month of Ramadan 2026.
The program focused on cleaning and light maintenance of mosque facilities to create a clean and comfortable place of worship for the community. The cleaning covered not only the main prayer area, but also hard-to-reach areas such as ceilings, ventilation, rooftops, and corners of the prayer rooms.
The Town Management team of MNC Lido City SEZ was directly involved in the program, providing cleaning equipment and supporting the cleaning process to ensure it was carried out effectively.
The management of Nurul Yaqin Mosque’s DKM, as well as the Chairman of the local RW, Indra Irawan, expressed his appreciation for the initiative.
“Alhamdulillah, this activity is very beneficial and meaningful for the community around Nurul Yaqin Mosque as we welcome the holy month of Ramadan. This is the second time MNC has conducted this activity at our mosque. We are very grateful and hope that this program can continue to be carried out every year,” he said.
Meanwhile, General Manager of Town Management at MNC Lido City SEZ, Syaiful Ardiansyah, said that completing the program at eight mosques reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the community’s comfort in carrying out their religious activities.
“Alhamdulillah, as part of our preparations for the holy month of Ramadan 2026, we have achieved our target by implementing the Mosque Care Program at eight mosques. The objective is to create a clean and comfortable place of worship that can support the community in performing their religious activities with greater peace and devotion,” said Syaiful.
He added that similar programs are planned to be carried out again, not only in preparation for Ramadan but also on an ongoing basis, targeting other mosques in the areas surrounding MNC Lido City SEZ.
“We hope that after Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, activities like this can continue and be extended to other mosques located around the area,” he added.
The Mosque Care Program had previously been conducted regularly twice a week in the lead-up to Ramadan, targeting mosques in the areas surrounding MNC Lido City SEZ.
Through this program, MNC Lido City SEZ, together with MNC Tourism Indonesia and MNC Peduli, reaffirm their commitment to continuously contributing to the community and strengthening harmonious relationships with the surrounding environment.
